  • I found the design product I was looking for, what should I do to purchase it?
    If you have found the product you are interested in, simply click on the "Add to Cart" button. This action is not binding and does not determine your order. By clicking in the pop-up that appears on "Buy" you will access your cart and can add more items ("Continue Shopping"), empty your cart or proceed by clicking on the "Buy" button. At this point, you can log in with your credentials, if you are registered, or proceed to register with our site by filling out the forms with your information. Finally, choose the ancillary delivery services and confirm your order by clicking on the button for your chosen payment method.
  • Will the product that arrives to me be exactly as shown on the product page?
    The photos of products, materials and finishes shown online are purely indicative. Since all products are handmade, a perfect reproduction over time cannot be guaranteed. CasaLando srl reserves the right to make small changes to guarantee the improvement of the products.
  • I have entered my data to purchase a product. Who will have access?

    Shipping is free of charge throughout the EU area. Once the order has been prepared and the shipment has been made, the transit time from our warehouse to the indicated address is approximately 5 days.   • How can I cancel an order?
    We hope that every order is successful, but should you need to cancel it, you can do so within 24 hours of confirmation. If you would like to make a return, you have 14 days from receipt of the order. You can send us an e-mail in the contact form explaining the reason for the cancellation. *Please note that goods made to the customer's specifications, customized or ordered at the customer's specific request are excluded from the right of cancellation.   • Can I make changes to my current order?

  • I would like to change the delivery address. How can I proceed?
    It is possible to change the shipping address before the order is shipped. CasaLando srl reserves the right to check that no additional shipping costs are associated with the new address indicated.
  • How can I check the status of my orders?
    Once you have registered, you will be able to access the 'My Orders' reserved area. In this area, you will be able to view all the details of your order, including the tracking code once it has been shipped.

  • What should I do when I receive the parcel from the courier?

    You can contact us through our contact form and follow the procedure of "SUBSTITUTIONS AND REFUNDS" in the Conditions of Sale. CasaLando srl reserves the right to verify the customer's report and to give feedback in relation to the cases indicated.

  • When am I entitled to a complaint?

  • Come invio una richiesta di reclamo?

  • Quali sono i tempi e le modalità di rimborso?
    Il rimborso sarà effettuato non appena il reso arriverà presso i magazzini LANDO e gli articoli saranno verificati. Per gli ordini pagati con Carta di Credito l’importo rimborsato sarà disponibile per i clienti in circa 10 giorni, e sarà comunque visibile sul successivo estratto conto della carta. La tempistica può variare leggermente in base al circuito bancario della Carta di Credito utilizzata. Per gli ordini pagati con Paypal, Alipay, WeChat Pay o con Bonifico Bancario l’importo sarà restituito sul conto originale. Il rimborso sarà emesso nella stessa valuta dell’acquisto originale.
  • Are products covered by warranty?
    All products are covered by warranty. In order to benefit from the guarantee of refund and/or replacement of purchased items, it is recommended that you follow the procedures for checking goods on delivery as set out in the Terms of Sale.
  • Product warranty: how long does it last?
    The warranty comes into force from the date of the transport document or the sales invoice when requested. CasaLando Ltd. ensures a warranty period of 26 months (24 months plus 2 months from the date it discovered the defect) from the delivery of the goods as per law.
  • Are the products sold in the LANDO shop original?
    All LANDO products are handcrafted. The knowledge of a wide variety of materials, especially solid wood, developed over more than 40 years of history, is combined with collaboration with internationally renowned designers, ensuring high-quality designs.
